Curt Schaber, Realtor®
Born in California and raised in the Washington DC area, Curt attended Annandale High School and later the University of Georgia. He was first licensed as a Realtor in 1997 and returned to Loudoun County in 2018 to sell real estate alongside his sister, Sam Fisher. Whether selling an urban condo in One Loudoun or representing buyers on a vineyard purchase, Curt’s steady and calm leadership paves the way for his client’s success in achieving their real estate goals. A self-described "research geek,” Curt spends countless hours investigating the details that matter most to his clients. When he is not working with clients, he enjoys canoeing and discovering new vineyards and restaurants with his wife Ali.

Utilizing her design skills, she has successfully staged a variety of homes, including new builds and historic properties. Keeping up with current trends while also focusing on the creation of warm and inviting spaces is Ashley's passion. Her goal is to maximize your sale price by creating spaces that potential buyers can see themselves living and thriving in.
Kaitlyn Watt
Kaitlyn is the Marketing and Communications Specialist for On The Market. The benefits of having an in-house social media wiz not only includes the continual growth of our online influence, it also means our listings are being continuously promoted and monitored. Kaitlyn also designs all our print ads and other marketing pieces for seamless marketing across multiple mediums.
